라이브러리가 아니고 BIOS 버전과 같은 자세한 정보가 아닌데 제조업체 및 모델을 최소한 식별 할 수있는 lshw이 있습니다.

내 현재 PC :

 *-display UNCLAIMED 
      description: VGA compatible controller 
      product: GeForce 8500 GT 
      vendor: nVidia Corporation 
      ... 

오래된 PC

*-display
