Xampp 제어판에 문제가 있습니다. 실행을 시도하면 오류 메시지가 나타납니다.

"Error:Cannot create file "C:\xampp\xampp-control.ini". Access denied.

xampp 제어판에서 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 클릭하고 관리자 권한으로 실행하십시오.
