다운로드 한 이미지를 지정된 폴더에 제대로 저장하는 방법

이 코드를 사용하여 이미지를 폴더에 저장하고 있습니다.

File file = new File(Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory() + "/MyAppFolder/" + getFilenameFromURL(imageUrl)); 
      if(!file.exists()) file.mkdirs(); 

하지만 별도의 폴더도 이미지 이름과 동일한 이름으로 작성됩니다 ...
