htmlspecialchars_decode()에 반대하는 html_entity_decode()을 찾고 계신 것 같아요.

$encoding 매개 변수와 같이 htmlentities()에 인수를 전달한 경우 동일한 값을 html_entity_decode()에도 전달해야합니다.
